SETTING UP AND RUNNING A COMMITTEE

AIM
To set up and run an effective committee within a community

OBJECTIVES
By the end of the sessions participants will know how to
• decide on the management structure of the committee
• organise and get the most out of meetings
• set up accounting records
• provide information and publicity appropriately

Theses sessions will be held during March.

Names are currently being taken for Basic Computer Classes - to be held in Eyeries Community Rooms (Laptop Computers). These classes are due to start in Mid March..

Names are also being taken for Farm Accounts - contact Leo O'Shea, or The Haven.
The course will be held - in March or in September - whichever the participants wish.
